Your Guasha experience should be one of calmness, and self-love.
1- First, take a couple deep breaths. Relax your shoulders, soften your face.
If you have time, you could make yourself a nice cup of herbal tea.
Create a slow, mindful ritual for yourself.
2- Clean your face, chest and neck well.
3- Apply an oil or balm to the face, neck and chest and gently rub it into the skin.
4- Use your Guasha tool following our face map, with a gentle pressure.
